Velshanae Shaw

Founder & President 

The founder of our nonprofit organization is a passionate and dedicated leader with deep roots in Northeastern Ohio. Raised in the area and a proud graduate of Lincoln West High School, they went on to earn an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management. With years of experience in social work and as a community liaison, the founder is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of individuals in underserved communities. Drawing from personal experiences and a strong belief in equity, they launched the organization to address the urgent needs of the community. Driven by a desire for meaningful change, the founder has worked tirelessly to provide access to vital resources such as education, healthcare, workforce development, and housing. Their vision for a more inclusive and empowered community continues to guide the nonprofit’s mission, inspiring others to engage and contribute to positive transformation.
